Embracing the Change

There has been a lot of astrological activity this year, but we are close to half way over it (time flies when you’re being tested having fun!). This made me reflect on everything that has happened and how this year’s theme seems to be of the Transformative and Regenerative type. If 2016 hurt, then 2017 was probably harder. Now with 2018, fighting can seem easier because we are used to it. We have learned what it feels like to rise up when the odds are against us (even if you do not feel it). We have all made it this far, so we need to congratulate ourselves even if Saturn in Capricorn is teaching us more lessons because Saturn is comfortably sitting in his home sign. Pluto and Saturn have joined forces in Capricorn to force us to learn and renew. Previous years have allowed us to gradually progress and understand but now it feels like everything is full speed ahead. Now, Uranus is going to enter an Earth sign and Taurus is at its detriment there since it enjoys stability and comfort while Uranus likes to stir up and cause some chaos.

We tend to forget that change is good and transformations are needed. Change allows us to purge those things in our lives that no longer serve us, this includes people and toxic relationships. Transformations allow us to become better versions of ourselves, especially as we get older. The selfishness we may have experienced in our earlier years will begin to slowly fade (assuming the person is doing some introspection). As we mature, we should strive to help and become greater (better) people to help those around us and to bring more positivity into our lives.

I am reading some gloomy articles about Uranus, but for once, I’m excited to see what this will bring. This has been an interesting year and I refuse to let the negatives consume me. Looking forward to this interesting phase.
